Meet Dr. Trang Vo-Nguyen M.D. (“Dr. V”)
As a medical specialist in the practice of Otolaryngology (Head and Neck Surgery), Dr. Trang Thuy Vo-Nguyen, M.D., known to her patients as “Dr. V”, is the founder and Medical Director of The Virginia Institute for Surgical Arts located in Chantilly, Virginia. Often referred to as an “ENT” (Ear, Nose, and Throat), Dr. V deals with medical and surgical conditions involving the, ear, nose, throat, and other structures of the head and neck in both children and adults.
To become a prestigious ENT physician, Dr. V graduated summa cum laude in chemistry and obtained her medical degree from the University of Minnesota in the Twin Cities. She continued her training in Internal Medicine at the University of California and returned to the University of Minnesota for her residency training in Otolaryngology (Head and Neck Surgery). Dr. V was then selected for a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center and she is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, and by the American Board of Facial Plastic Surgery.
